<Processing of colored steel plates without protective sheeting>
We are confident that we are highly competitive at processing colored steel plates, which is one of our greatest characteristics, and we enjoy high customer satisfaction. We participate in manufacturing and development of our customers as early as the design stage through design-in.

<Plastic processing of functionally graded materials (FGMs)>
As new materials, we are pioneering the processing of FGMs. They can be used in various fields because they are strong, light, thin, heat-dissipating, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and have far-infrared effects.

<Anti-bacterial processing>
Our company supplies antimicrobial-treated aluminum products. Our antimicrobial treatment meets the requirements of JIS-Z-2801 and ISO 22196, and has strong antimicrobial power against E. coli, salmonella, and most other germs such as Staphylococcus aureus. 
If you place an order for a concept with us, we will deliver microbial-treated products from drawing to prototyping and mass-production.

<Other plastic processing>
Currently we are developing and expanding our business to include home electronics, gas equipment, oil machinery, hot water heaters, air conditioners, freezers, audiovisual equipment, information equipment, solar equipment, automotive and semiconductor equipment, and so on.

We have realized an integrated production system from material procurement to assembly

In addition to pressing work, we can also handle sheet metal machining, secondary and tertiary machining, and procure all products from molds to screws. This enables us to process all kinds of products from semi-finished to finished with just a single order form.

Lead time reduction, rationalization, and quality enhancement

In 1998, we completed systemization of our process, from EDI-based quotation to VAN order intake to production control to process control to delivery. 

We make use of our LAN system to share production information, inventory information, and process flow information for different processes in our efforts to satisfy customer requirements for shortening lead times and kanban support. We will further strengthen these systems to convert to a totally EDI-based system. 

Our quality management system acquired ISO 9001 certification on May 14, 2002 (registration # Q2730).

Environmental issues

We have been strengthening our efforts for the global environment, and we acquired ISO 14001 certification on November 20, 2002 (registration #E1047).

We have established an ISMS to complete our system to protect your confidential information.
