We develop, manufacture, and release interfolders, fully automatic winders/packers, and numerous other original machines. Our fully automatic winders/packers for newspaper and printing paper have overwhelming market shares in Japan.

We have always been giving feedback on product information from the viewpoint of energy consumption, which is how we manufacture machines with low consumption of power, thermal energy, and other resources. We aim to combine quality with economy at a high level. We are committed to constant development and enhancement. We take advantage of our experience in numerous tie-ups with companies overseas to strive to produce innovative energy-saving designs.

Paper machines
- Best Former Yankee paper machines: Tissue machines that clear the two requirements of high quality and excellent economy at the same time, which has led to a domestic Japanese market share of more than 80%.

- Advantage DCT tissue machines: Their paper-making speed is 2,200 m/min, which is among the world's highest. Each part has characteristic functions, and we provide high-quality products.

- BTF fully automatic dilution system: Keeps paper weight per unit area equal in the direction of the surface length of printing paper, insulated paper, and the like, thereby greatly increasing quality.

- Hypostasis equipment: Hypostasis equipment is in charge of each hypostasis process. It takes fiber out of food chips, adjusting it to a kind of pulp that is a match for printing paper, tissues, toilet paper, or the like. Such equipment includes pulp-making machinery, dust removal screening equipment, refiners, and so on.

- Dryer polishing: Workers go to the worksite, investigate the surface condition of the dryer, and perform finishing polishing on the surfaces according to customer requirements. We perform polishing, and also repair spots and cavities in drier surfaces.

Converters
Toilet roller line: It consists mainly of a toilet roll winder, automatic log feeder, log cutter, and roll packer.

Box tissue and paper towel line: It consists of an interfolder, cutter, accumulator, and cartoning machine, and can be laid out in various manners depending on its intended location and production scale. The machine can fold even thinner paper. Reducing paper cost and employing an automatic product ejector has made this line labor-saving.

Plying machine: This machine handles plying, slitting, and winding with our original design technology, which realizes a technology with even higher quality in two-ply and three-ply.

Fully automatic kraft paper packer for toilet rolls: Kraft paper as a packing material as an alternative to corrugated paper is used to pack toilet rolls tightly.
