[Company Strengths]
Our company has specialized in the structural construction of bridges, steel buildings, power plants, and hulls since its establishment in 1948 in Nagasaki-shi. We developed a straightening machine for welded H section steel in 1962. We have delivered over 1,000 units to major domestic Japanese and overseas bridge and steel frame fabricators as well as ship-building companies. This has earned us a large share of the market. Japan has globally top-level steel structure technology, and ranks high in production quantity as well. It has become our life’s purpose and passion to be able to contribute to society by creating steel frame structures. This is done with the patronage of expert companies that take pride in possessing high technology in the bridge, steel frame, and shipbuilding fields. We will continue to work diligently with sincerity, with abundant sensitivity and technological strength.

Metal product manufacturing

[Product and Technology Strengths]
Our industrial machinery division operates an integrated production system covering design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of welded section steel production equipment. These products are intended for bridge and steel frame fabricators and the shipbuilding industry. 

We handle applications, repairs, and other on-site work on heat- and wear-resistant ceramics. We design and install industrial machinery including assembly and straightening machines for welded H section steel, production equipment for bridges, shipbuilding parts (longitudinals, panels), and so on. Our engineering business involves preparation of steel structure drawings and coal silo drawings using 3D CAD (Tekla), and management of overseas manufacturing projects (China, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, and so on). We produce streel structures such as bridge blocks, large welded steel frame structures, duct casing, aluminum binding, and so on. We possess an overhang crane that can be used on the ocean (50-ton).

[Representative’s Message] 
Our company has been engaged in Nagasaki’s key industries of shipbuilding and plant equipment for many nears, and we have been nurturing technologies and human resources to the present day. We want to make use of these assets to enter new industrial fields such as aircraft, embedded systems, and the IoT. We hope to gather the necessary information and find partner companies through our J-GoodTech registration to facilitate these new business projects. We will make use of the Information Board, and promote our products and technologies targeting domestic Japanese and overseas companies to expand our markets and business.
