We offer multi-component alloy cast steel intended for cutting and crushing blades that increases service life eightfold.
Our main product is multi-component cast steel, which is a material in which high-hardness carbide is separated and crystalized within the cast steel’s structure. Multiple carbide formative elements such as chrome and molybdenum are added to harden the entire material evenly to the core. High-chromium cast iron has a service life that is eight times longer than conventional wear-resistant material. This material has been adopted for cutting blades for demolishing large ships, and crushing blades in fluorescent lamp glass recycle plants. We recommend new applications for use as a wear-resistant material in drill bits for digging, swing sieve screens (feeders), and mining mills.
