The working environment in areas for material forming, injection molding, and welding is kept clean and controlled at a certain temperature. We have an integrated production system under this environment for material forming, precision machining, welding, inspection, and shipping to provide high-quality products. We have a production system for fluororesin capable of handling all processes from material forming to machining, welding, and injection molding at our in-house factory. We analyze requested properties in-house, such as friction-wear characteristics, compression creep characteristics, compressive strength, and tensile strength. We then reflect the demonstrated data in product quality.


[Business description]
We are a part processing manufacturer that mainly handles fluororesin, and we specialize in super engineering plastics. We do everything from material forming to precision machining and welding in-house under an integrated production system. We excel at high-precision machining of materials from PEEK®, PI, PBI, and other super engineering plastics to POM, PP, PVC, and other general-purpose engineering plastics. We handle small-volume to mass production. We do everything regarding fluororesin from PTFE material forming to machining. We conduct unique PFA melt forming, and welding that makes use of the characteristics of new PTFE.

Our company possesses forming, machining, welding, and annealing technologies that directly affect product finishing. We provide one-stop solutions to customers through an integrated manufacturing flow based on these core technologies by making technical proposals and support for their product manufacturing at the same time. We also excel at precision machining of overall super engineering plastics such as PI (Vespel), PBI (Celazole), and PEEK®. We have gained customer trust because of our complete inspection system and manufacturing history management.

We think that it is important to combine craftsmanship and the latest digital technology, human relationships, and trust. We will treasure these assets and continue to take on the challenge of new fields where we can contribute to society through customer satisfaction. We will provide solutions to solve customer issues by adding the sensitivity of each employee to our unique fluororesin processing technology. We are currently involved with the general industrial machine, chemicals, food, and semiconductor fields. We will expand our business worldwide by satisfying niche requirement characteristics in the medical field.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have our head office in Kitakyushu and a sales office in Tokyo as sales sites covering throughout Japan. We participate in an exhibition in a target field about three times a year in Tokyo and Osaka to cultivate markets. We are promoting market cultivation by enriching our website, placing advertisements, and using public support and various networks. Technical staff will accompany sales staff if they cannot handle technical matters alone. Our technical division will also make trials for immediate processing. We are not currently considering direct overseas transactions, but we will supply parts to overseas markets through manufacturers in Japan. We will focus on our quality division for handling various permission documents for overseas supply.
