Our lines of business are based on our high-heat-dissipation substrate technology, and light radiation control technology.
We are an electric machine manufacturer that bases its business on high-heat-dissipation substrate technology and light radiation control technology. Our company develops LED substrates, and sells related modules and lighting equipment. Our extensive product lineup includes high-power lighting equipment that incorporates high-power LED COB light sources (300W, 600W, and 1100W). Our lineup offers 3000K, 5000K, 6500K, and 7000K products in terms of color temperature. Models with Ra of over 90 are available, instead of the usual Ra of 80 or more. This is how we can satisfy a diverse range of customer needs. We also develop high-power UV light sources, innovative marine lighting (for fisheries), large color COB light sources, and projector light sources.
[Company strength] Our strength lies in our technology development because our company itself consists of semiconductor engineers who are former employees of major electric appliance manufacturers. Our engineers also make the most of R&D efforts by universities, and our company was partly incubated by such universities. Our capital was acquired from two major companies, one of which is now a contract manufacturer for us. Our core technologies are substrate technology that excels in heat dissipation, performance, and reliability as well as light radiation control technology. Our light radiation control technology allows us to control the light distribution angle of large beams from highly integrated, high-density LED light sources by combining micro reflectors. [Business description] We develop and productize reliable high-heat-dissipation substrate technology for semiconductors. Our company develops LED substrates, and sells related modules and lighting equipment. Our LED substrates feature copper plates as base material, and are entirely made of inorganic materials. These products have a white insulation layer, and realize high heat dissipation and reliability. We consign production to a major manufacturer to provide products with high quality. [Industry] Electric machine manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] Our extensive product lineup includes highly efficient, high-power lighting equipment such as a 600W 5 lx floodlight (300-meter projection) that incorporates a high-power LED COB light source (300W, 600W, 100W). We also offer 300W (140 lm/W) and 600W (120 lm/W) lighting devices for high ceilings. Our lineup includes models for various color temperatures in the 3000K, 5000K, 6500K, and 7000K. Models with Ra of over 90 are available, instead of the usual Ra of 80 or more. We develop high-power UV light sources, innovative marine lighting (for fisheries), large color COB light sources, and projector light sources. [Representative's message] Our company has participated in exhibitions in the booth of the Kitakyushu Foundation for the Advancement of Industry, Science and Technology (2014 and 2015) as well as in Shikoku Instrumentation’s booth to cultivate markets. We also planned participation in Shikoku Instrumentation’s booth in 2016. We want to prepare exhibits for overseas expansion whenever we have a chance. I expect that this will be a joint effort with Fuhrmeister Electronics. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We have our own sales representatives within the organization to cultivate markets in addition to a dedicated sales representative in Fuhrmeister Electronics, which is one of our shareholders. [Market share/Ranking] Our products are rather new in the market, and our market share and ranking are unclear, but we are confident that they offer globally top-class performance.
