[Company strength]
Our company is a Japanese subsidiary of the Chinese company Jiangsu Tri-m Special Metals Co., Ltd. We manufacture cold-finished steel bars such as centerless ground, drawn, and coil materials at our Chinese factory, from material products produced by Japanese steel manufacturers. These Japanese manufacturers include Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal, Nippon Steel & Sumikin Stainless Steel, Daido Steel, Sanyo Special Steel, and Nippon Koshuha Steel. The main steel types we handle are SUS303, 3030Cu, 304, 316, 416, 420F, 420F2,420j2, 630, SUH660, and so on. We also handle high-strength non-magnetic austenitic stainless steel.


[Business description]
Our Chinese factory always has materials ready in stock. We deliver products to Japanese customers in about one month after receiving an order. The minimum order volume is 100 kg. (Feel free to consult us for smaller volumes.) We can continue to supply products even if production in Japan is interrupted by an earthquake or any other kind of unavoidable accident because we have a factory in China. Materials such as SUS303, 3030Cu, 304, 316, 416, 420F, 420F2, 420J2, 630, and SUH660 are always ready.

[Representative's message]
Only about five years have passed since our Japanese subsidiary was established. SUS303 has already been adopted for automobile parts, SUS420F for drill shank materials, and SK materials for quartz movements, but our company is still not very well known. We expect to make our company well known in Japan by joining J-GoodTech. Our hope is to acquire as many customers as possible in Japan and consequently increase sales.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are planning to establish a new sales office in the Kanto district for further cultivate markets in Japan. We will also establish a product warehouse and a factory in addition to our sales office in the Kanto district. The production equipment at our Chinese factory is now being updated to units manufactured by a Japanese machine tool manufacturer. We are targeting cost reduction with further quality improvement and labor saving. We are thinking of cultivating more markets in Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines where we already have a presence.
