- "Sub-critical water reactor" M recycle machine (multifunctional organic matter processor )
The "sub-critical water reactor" M recycle machine can process normal household waste even if it contains a small amount of plastic. The processed waste can be used as high-quality fertilizer, compost, or soil improvement agents without secondary processing. The machine can easily process cashew nut shells, pineapple silage, sugar cane, Elaeis guineensis shells, palm waste, peels, corn cobs, shrimp shells, fish bones, fish heads, and meat bones from 15 to 30 minutes by using only steam and pressure. Furthermore, the machine can produce high-quality feed and fertilizer without secondary processing. No problem is caused even if the above types of waste are mixed and processed. Changing the temperature and pressure of steam allows the machine to produce feed, fertilizer, or compost from waste.
Under cooperation with dairy farmers and meat dealers, our company treated white birch chips, which are of little use, by the "sub-critical water reactor" M recycle machine for only 20 minutes to produce feed, and gave the feed to cattle. The result was successful. Since the feed was biologically clean and rich in nutrients, the cattle digested and absorbed it better than other types of feed, which shortened the cattle growing period and improved meat quality. (The hydrolysis processing can produce the best feed.)
By treating redundant wood, forest thinning, listings, driftwood, etc., the "sub-critical water reactor" M recycle machine produces feed. In addition, the feed produced by the machine is easily absorbed by creatures, and the machine improves the efficiency of methane fermentation, etc. We verified that incorporating the "sub-critical water reactor" M recycle machine in a methane fermentation plant increases methane gas generation by 50 to 80%. The machine can decompose organic matter in a short period of time and uniformly process them regardless of their moisture content. Therefore, the machine greatly contributes to the increase of productivity for treating raw materials, such as biomass, whose properties fluctuate. (For all of the above processes, secondary processing is not required.) Treating livestock excreta results in the production of high-quality fertilizer. (Because the treated livestock excreta contains lots of "phosphorus," "potassium," and "nitrogen" that are nutrients required by farm products, it is good fertilizer.)
- [Principle of the "sub-critical water reactor" M recycle machine]
[Principle] *Water becomes vapor and evaporates at 100ºC in one atmospheric pressure. However, when temperature and pressure are applied to water contained in a sealed container, the water does not boil at temperatures exceeding 100ºC. (This principle is similar to that of pressure cookers for home use.) The factors of the above phenomenon are that water molecules are suppressed by the atmospheric pressure and cannot freely evaporate. *So-called "sub-critical water" is special water whose molecules are activated and easily reactable by an application of 10 to 20 atmospheric pressure to the water, the temperature of which is around 200ºC. "Sub" of sub-critical water means the phase before criticality. What is the "critical point"? The point at which the temperature is 374.15ºC and the pressure is 215 atmospheric pressure is the "critical point." *When water is heated in a sealed container, the water pressure increases based on the saturated vapor pressure curve (saturated vapor P-T curve of pure water), and the water finally reaches its critical point (22.12 MPa at 374.15ºC). *The water for which the temperature and pressure exceed the critical point is called "supercritical water," and the water whose temperature and pressure are below the critical point is called "sub-critical water." In the "supercritical water" range, water is completely decomposed into oxygen and hydrogen and has properties that are different from those of gas or liquid. In this state, it is difficult to produce and utilize an industrial reaction. All organic matters are changed into carbon dioxide and made into gas. *Water does not mix with oil. However, in the supercritical water range, water completely mixes with oil because water is decomposed into hydrogen and oxygen, and in the pressure cooker, oxygen and oil are gas. In the "sub-critical water" range, activated water increases the power for resolving various organic matters, allowing for the processing of various materials. *The molecular structure of solid organic matters is long (high molecule structure). When a solid organic matter is reacted in the "sub-critical water" range, the solid organic matter is gradually decomposed. Then, water molecules are incorporated into organic matter molecules, and the molecules of the organic matter becomes short (low molecule structure) and are completely decomposed. *As in the case of sub-critical water, the incorporation of water molecules into organic matters is called "hydrolysis reaction." "Sub-critical water reaction" is a reaction in which "hydrolysis reaction" occurs in succession. *By utilizing the principle, we can change organic matters, which have been discarded, into resources to effectively use them and solve various problems in the world.
[How to treat organic matter] *Organic matter can be roughly classified into three materials: "Carbohydrate," "protein," and "fat." Humans eat them as food. When the three materials are treated by the M recycle machine, "carbohydrate" is decomposed into "sugar," "protein" is, although it comes from meat, decomposed into something like amino acid soup, and "fat" is decomposed into "acetic acid" (something like vinegar). *However, in general, the three materials are rarely treated individually. In most cases, these are mixed, as in the case of food waste. How to use the treated materials is an issue in the future. * We know the basics about how to solve the issue. Therefore, we will study how to use the M recycle machine. In addition, G8 International Trading will continue research and development to make the M recycle machine a better one and will seek new findings. *The "sub-critical water reactor" M recycle machine is equipment for recycling organic waste. *The M recycle machine is the product that can save our precious Earth. This is an industrial product, developed by our company, which can greatly contribute to the prevention of global warming . However, it cannot be said that all waste must be treated by the sub-critical water reactor (M recycle machine). *The sub-critical water reactor has many merits.
