This plating method excels in abrasion resistance as well as sliding properties and easily allows for the formation of film. Therefore, it is used for surface treatment of machine parts. Applying hard chrome plating to materials can greatly extend product life. Furthermore, hard chrome plating coating can be reproduced after applying plating again, even if a plated layer is abraded or damaged.
A hard chrome layer whose thickness is at least 30μｍ can be formed on a polymer channel, having a complex shape, of a round multilayer die for blown films. Furthermore, buff polishing is done by skillful craftspersons. Thanks to these, we provide customers with products with a flat and smooth surface and without dents. Thanks to these products, we have gained the praise of our customers.
As for equipment, in recent years our customers have sometimes mentioned unsatisfactory yield or lack of quality products after the introduction of foreign-made equipment.
