Our company handles industrial parts, grindstones, diamond products, and carbide parts. We polish and repair industrial parts, blades, and carbide knives, and also polish machine parts in various ways.


[Business description]
Our company has been providing optimal cutting processes for a wide range of customers since its establishment 62 years ago. Our customers are in the paper manufacturing, paper processing, non-woven fabric manufacturing, and film wrapping and packaging machine industries. We have a vast amount of knowledge related to cutting. We also have confidence in our handling power because we have many partner companies, including processors as well as blade manufacturers. We possess 10 sharpening and polishing machines for round and flat blades at our in-house factory. We have a track record of re-polishing satisfying various user needs. We have particularly high technical power regarding round blades as large as 200 mm in diameter, flat blades as long as up to 7 m, and even carbide parts.

Our company is in a very niche industry of machine blade parts. However, we think that whether blades and cutting processes are good or bad greatly affects production quality and efficiency. We will consider whether various polishing and other technologies are applicable to products other than blades. We will make unique proposals by applying the technologies and knowledge we have built up to date.

We will expand our business areas both in Japan and abroad by making various proposals to industries where we have a track record. We will discover issues about cutting through M-Tech and many other exhibitions to extend the range of where our knowledge and technologies are helpful.
