We are professionals in high-frequency induction-heating quenching. We have been offering high-frequency quenching of various products for many years. We have internally developed many kinds of quenching equipment thanks to the experience and technologies we have accumulated. We also have a highly reliable system to inspect product quality so as to reassure customers. Large lathe-turned products and non-mass-producible high-frequency-quenched products require particularly extensive experience and reliable techniques. We respond to requests for single items of such products.

Our company specializes in high-frequency quenching. We have been offering quenching of industrial equipment and various special products in the Tokai region for many years, and particularly in Aichi, Gifu, and Mie Prefectures. We can also offer centerless quenching of long shafts and pipe shafts with a diameter of 2 to 200 mm and a length of up to 10 m. We can satisfy a range of needs from single items to mass-produced products. We handle various needs in terms of applications and materials, ranging from machine tool parts, bearing parts, and general industrial equipment parts to jigs and tools. You can count on our specialized high-frequency quenching techniques.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We possess many heating coils and jigs to respond to requests for high-frequency quenching of high-mix low-volume products. We internally design and develop coils to respond to customer requirements. We are capable of high-frequency quenching of long shafts with low distortion, and also low-distortion quenching of thin-walled pipe shafts. We offer thermal refining and solution heat treatment of wire rods using induction heating in addition to quenching.

We do not limit ourselves to high-frequency quenching. We aim to be a manufacturer that offers metal thermal treatment using induction heating. We offer overseas customers equipment and technical assistance for thermal treatment. We hope to meet enterprises through J-GoodTech including overseas firms that want to use metal thermal treatment and thermal treatment equipment, which are our strengths.

Thermal treatment is a hugely important process that affects the performance of products. It is necessary to check the validity of the relevant treatment processes to assure invisible qualities such as hardness and composition. We undertake contract machining for machining manufacturers after receiving certification from leading enterprises.

We can deliver products to a customer’s overseas plants, and we have a track record in this service. We quench ferrous materials (drawn materials) and so on and deliver them directly or indirectly to the plants.
