Carbonization plants
Bio-charcoal (rice husk charcoal) production plants
These plants automatically and continuously carbonize the rice husks generated as a by-product of rice cultivation, creating bio-charcoal (rice husk charcoal). 
We can also purchase the bio-charcoal produced for a fee. 
[ Raw materials ]
〇 Only rice husks dried to 15% or less moisture are used. (Husks that have become wet in outdoor storage cannot be carbonized)

Charcoal chip production plants

High-moisture material carbonization devices
These are devices for carbonizing raw materials with high moisture content. 
These enable the carbonization of brewer's spent grain, coffee grounds, fruit and vegetable waste undried wood chips, compost, manure, and various other kinds of food waste.

The equipment is designed and developed after conducting carbonization tests and ascertaining the properties of the raw materials. This allows carbonization tailored to the materials themselves. 
◆Use of exhaust heat
The heat produced during carbonization is used to dry the raw materials.
Rice husk grinding and composting plants
Grinding the rice husks improves their properties, allowing a wider range of applications and making it easier to recycle. It can also be used as a moisture control agent when composting manure and garbage, or as litter material for livestock. It is also possible to create compost through fermentation using rice husks alone.

Rubbing the husks against each other and breaking down their structure reduces them to a fine powder. Because they are pressurized after adding water, the ground rice husks acquire a high degree of water absorbency. 
Because it grinds the husks against each other, the process does not cause wear to the machine. This, and the use of special steel parts, gives it excellent durability. The expendable parts (screw cutters, etc.) can be repaired by welding, allowing running costs to be kept under control.
Puffy husks
By forcibly compressing and pressurizing the rice husks together, they are ground against each other. Then, adding water breaks down the structure of the husks, turning the ground husks into a soft, puffy powder. 
By applying a particle size control panel (optional), you can change the size of the particles to which the husks are ground. 
The machine's compact design allows you to use free space effectively. The expendable parts are cartridge-based, so they can be easily replaced.
Rice husk fuel production systems
These are systems that can use the rice husks produced by the local area as fuel. Solidifying the husks allows cuts in transportation costs. 
These systems provide very clean energy — using biomass-derived raw materials leads to reductions in carbon dioxide.
"Fire Husk Machine" Rice husk molding machine
This machine compresses rice husks to 1/10 of their original size and processes them into rods. Solidifying the husks keeps transportation costs under control and turns them into a shape that it easy to use as fuel. They can also be processed into a curled shape as the application requires. This curled shape compresses the husks to 1/5 of their original size.
"Fire Husk Burner" Rice husk heater
Rice husk fuel rods ("fire husks") are placed into the upper door of the machine. It burns continuously for about 10 hours, maintaining stable heat output. As it uses a gasification combustion method, the heater produces a clean exhaust. To remove the ash, just open the front door and scrape it out. Day-to-day maintenance is also easy. You can choose either an air or water heat exchanger to suit the particular use case. It can be used for house heating, public facilities, indoor heating for meeting places, and more.
