We are a producer of powder metallurgy products and rare earth bonded magnets
We are a manufacturer that develops and manufactures functional materials and products based on metal powders. We handle rare earth bonded magnets and powder metallurgy products, including sintered oil-impregnated bearings, iron-based machine parts, and sintered stainless steel components. Powder metallurgy
We are the only powder metallurgy company in Nagano Prefecture. We started out by manufacturing small bearing products, and we specialize in small and precision parts. Recently we have also been producing many mechanical parts and complex-shaped parts using molding machines of up to 400 tons. We can design and manufacture automation equipment in-house, which leads to more efficient production and stability of product quality. We will continue to develop technologies to satisfy the needs of our customers. [Oil-impregnated bearings] A major challenge for the function of oil-impregnated bearings is to maximize the lifespan of a specific bearing without losing or wasting the tiny amount of oil in the limited space. We continuously conduct R&D on harmonizing techniques such as the shape, material, and pore structure of the oil-impregnated bearings and the oil contained within them. [Mechanical parts] Sintered machine parts can be made in complex shapes. This greatly reduces the amount of machining required and so allows greater efficiency, including substantial cost savings for our customers. We are continuing R&D on various types of materials according to the intended application and required performance of our products. [Gears and pulleys] Recently there has been progress in electronic control technology for rotating transmission components, which are one of the most important mechanical elements. A high degree of precision has come to be required. We have been working to develop our technology and enhance our equipment to satisfy these requirements.
Rare earth bonded magnets
We provide high-quality magnets at a lower cost. This is done by making use of the manufacturing technology and quality control standards we have cultivated over the years through OEM supply to major manufacturers. We also possess various magnetic molding machines, and we are proud to be one of the world's leading manufacturers of anisotropic SmCo bonded magnets. We have established a system that can supply a wide range of bonded magnet products, and are continuing with development that will allow us to accommodate various different disciplines. [SmCo compression molding] The magnets can be anisotropic or isotropic, and their orientation can be vertical (axial), horizontal, or radial. They possess superb corrosion resistance, so they generally do not require rust-prevention treatment. [SmCo injection molding] The magnets can be anisotropic or isotropic, and their orientation can be vertical (axial), radial, or polar. The resins contained in the mixture are PA12 and PPS. PPS in particular boasts the highest heat resistance among bonded magnets. This allows for a high degree of freedom in terms of shape, allowing molding into variant shapes or insert molding. [NdFeB compression molding] This allows for isotropic magnets. Isotropy can accommodate a variety of magnetization patterns depending on the design of the magnetization yoke. Magnetic powder is highly prone to oxidization, so rust prevention treatment is required. [NdFeB injection molding] The magnets can be anisotropic or isotropic, and their orientation can be vertical (axial), radial, or polar. The resins used are PA12 and PPS. This allows for a high degree of freedom in terms of shape, allowing molding into variant shapes or insert molding. Injection molded products generally do not require rust prevention treatment. [SmFeN injection molding] This allows for anisotropic magnets, the orientation of which may be vertical (axial), radial, or polar. The resin contained in the mixture is PA12. Because the magnetic powder is very fine, smooth magnetization waveforms can be expected. [SmFeN compression molding] This allows for anisotropic magnets, the orientation of which may be vertical (axial), horizontal, radial, or polar. Low-pressure molding provides a high degree of density. Bonded magnets boast excellent magnetic properties and can contribute to miniaturization and energy saving in motors and other actuators.
