Our pressings are improved every day taking full advantage of our mold technology to alleviate shear drop. We are also constantly improving our punching-out in pursuit of a method competitive with fine blanking. This is how we are pursuing 100% shear surface machining. We supply top-ranking quality with our efforts to improve our technical expertise and dimensional precision.
Wire cut processing
We achieve high-precision surface roughness and plane roughness. Our wire EDM equipment is equipped with special processing equipment, so we can achieve high-precision surface roughness and plane roughness. The texture of products after processing is also different from that of conventional wire EDM, and you will be satisfied with the appearance and feel of our products. We realize smoothness levels (surface precisions) of Rz 1.5 or less.
Machining center processing
We achieve high-precision mold design as well as mold part and jig manufacturing. We have introduced the world's top state-of-the-art Vero Software VISI for 3D CAD/CAM. This system has made it possible to design high-precision molds, mold parts, and jigs. We prepare high-efficiency NC data with dedicated high-speed cutting technology and embedded smoothing algorithms. For cutting, we have introduced the MB-66VA/B machining center, which excels in productivity, machining grade, and ease of operation. It achieves high-precision cutting based on NC data.
Noncontact 3D measuring equipment
Measurement and analysis of part shapes We aim to improve precision in our manufactured parts. We have introduced the ATOS Core noncontact 3D scanner. We measure and verify the shapes of complex parts of the products we manufacture. We analyze the precision of mold parts, which is indispensable to quality improvement, which makes our products even more precise. We aim to increase product quality with total cost in mind.
Reproducing products with high-precision reverse-engineering
With advanced 3D scanning, we handle a wide range of parts, from parts used in machining equipment to small nonmetal parts, including outdated mold parts not accompanied by any drawings. In addition, our measuring equipment is small and portable, and takes up little space. Measurements can be taken wherever there is space, and reverse engineering can be carried out on the spot.
