Our company offers a one-stop production service covering the full range from raw material procurement and machining, to surface finishing.
Our company can procure by ourselves raw materials for aluminum die-casting, aluminum casting and iron casting. In addition, we offer an integrated processing service involving various heat treatment and surface finishing (plating, alumite treatment, impregnation and painting).

About casting processing
Casting is a process that melts materials and pours them into molds. In case of mass production (more than 100 pieces to be produced), the total cost of casting is less than that for block material or round material machining. The design of "processing jigs" is very important for achieving higher precision when cutting cast products. We design and fabricate all jigs in-house.
