We use the latest equipment and craftsmanship to achieve precision cutting in small- to medium-volume production of a wide variety of products including difficult-to-machine materials, various metals, and super engineering plastics!
We use 5-axis processing machines, machining centers, and NC lathes to perform precision cutting of products ranging in size from very small to palm-sized. We can perform measurements using a wide range of measuring instruments, including 3D and image measuring instruments. We produce many parts that can be seen by the human eye, and we are particular about their appearance. We can supply parts that have been plated, anodized, buffed, polished, and heat-treated by our partner factories.

We provide precision cutting processing services for small quantities of multiple products, from prototypes to medium-volume production. We are able to handle various metals such as aluminum, iron, SUS, and brass, as well as difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium, Permalloy, Inconel, and Hastelloy. Recently we have been working on precision machining of super engineering plastics in response to requests from medical equipment manufacturers, and we are now able to ensure the same level of precision as metal. We are also particular about the appearance of our products.

We have been engaged in precision metal cutting processing since our establishment. We have been refining our cutting technology since 45 years ago, when we were involved in the development of the laser scalpel, which was said to be a dream medical device. Since that time, we have been involved in many exterior parts, pursuing a beautiful appearance and providing parts that are buffed, satin-finished, plated, anodized, painted, and polished with the cooperation of partner companies. Subsequently, we have been working on cutting processing of difficult-to-machine materials such as titanium, Permalloy, Inconel, and Hastelloy in response to customer requests. Recently, demand for machined super engineering plastics has been increasing for use in medical equipment parts. Although it is difficult to ensure the dimensional accuracy of super engineering plastics, we are now able to ensure the same level of accuracy as metal. We will listen carefully to your needs if you have any issues with cutting processing, and make an effective proposal.
