Business description and characteristics
Our company designs, manufactures, imports, sells, and researches medical equipment, biological measurement equipment, and water quality measurement equipment. Regarding the medical equipment, we make devices for 24-hour pH monitoring/GERD testing, and gastrointestinal pressure measurement, in addition to colonoscopy mats. In the research field, we provide skin measurement, scalp measurement, 3D cultured skin model measurement, laboratory/industrial pH monitor, custom-made micro pH electrode, embedded parts production, OEM production, and clinical trial support.
Main product/technology outline
(1) Medical equipment: 24-hour pH monitoring/GERD test. Sleus Zephyr, a 24-hour gastroesophageal pH/impedance measurement system, is a testing device that boasts the largest share in the world market. Gastroesophageal reflux disease can now be evaluated in more detail as an impedance measurement function has been added to conventional gastroesophageal pH measurement. (2) Skin measurement equipment: Measures various items such as skin moisture, texture, wrinkles, pore shape, and skin elasticity. It is used at the forefront of cosmetics manufacturers' laboratories, clinics, dermatology, and in the beauty field. (3) Water quality measurement equipment: We design, manufacture, and sell pH electrodes, ORP electrodes, and amplifiers in-house. We specialize in small and minute measurements and manufacture in a variety of ways, including custom-made and OEM-produced devices. (4) Clinical trial support: For the measurement of gastric pH of antacids called H2 blockers and PPIs, we support pharmaceutical companies' clinical trials, by providing equipment and acquiring data. For most PPIs sold in Japan, the clinical trials are conducted using our equipment
