Business content/characteristics

Our main businesses are CAE analysis software, experiment /measurement systems and artificial intelligence/ expert systems. Our CAE analysis software offers a multi-physics coupled analysis system with finite element method (FEM), a visualization-supported CAE environment for FEM multi-physics analysis, multi-physics analysis software by mesh-free (particle) method, and casting by particle method. We deal with analysis software, software for generating hexahedral meshes for structural/fluid FEM and web-based design information management/visualization systems.

Overview of main products and technologies

We conduct the development, sales, and engineering services for items such as our new general-purpose FEM analysis system Mpact/ Mpave for structural/thermal/electrical /fluid coupling problems utilizing CAD, continuum mechanics and computer science technology, and analysis software based on the particle method, which is a new form of analysis that has recently begun to receive attention (Development software example: SPH particle method casting analysis software PHACT_CAST). In artificial intelligence/expert systems, we offer Q-Learning and multi-objective optimization software for finite element analysis using the experimental design method Q-FEM, the provision of AI tools for database search and risk analysis, and experiment/measurement systems. We also support quality control work using industrial endoscopes and ultrasonic nondestructive inspection tools.

We are involved in R&D, sales, maintenance, and consulting services for analysis simulation software in a wide range of industrial fields. We have a tool and a source program that can accurately simulate complex material behavior and mechanical properties in manufacturing and design processes, and we offer application development and customization according to customer requirements. In addition, we have strengths in a range of industrial fields, including a wealth of analysis results and the ability to perform optimal shape analysis using the latest AI (artificial intelligence) technology.
