Providing biomass composite plastic materials that reduce environmental burden
In order to deal with plastic garbage problems, we develop, produce, and sell biomass composite plastic materials (pellets) which effectively use forest thinnings in Japan and unused biomass as raw materials and which are less burdensome to the environment.

Plastic composite material (i-WPC) the raw materials of which contain less fossil resource-based materials
Using forest thinnings in Japan and unused biomass as raw materials of plastics can reduce the usage of fossil fuel-based plastics. Furthermore, i-WPC has the following characteristics: (1) It can be mixed with various resins that melt at a temperature of 200ºC or lower, (2) It enables the effective use of various biomass materials. (3) It can undergo various molding processes (such as injection, extrusion, blow, vacuum, and press molding). (4) Existing equipment or metal mold can be used. (5) Its specific gravity is smaller than that of inorganic fillers.
Plastic composite material (Biofade) that is biodegradable in the sea
Biofade is biodegradable in the sea in which plastics are not easily biodegraded compared with compost, soil, and fresh water. In addition, Biofade has the following characteristics: (1) Biodegradation speed can be adjusted depending on the purpose. (2) It can undergo various molding processes (such as injection, extrusion, blow, and rotational molding), and its molding cycle is satisfactory.
Effective use of unused biomass and recycled plastics
Effectively using forest thinnings in hilled rural areas and unused biomass and producing biomass composite plastic materials, which are expected to be more and more required in the future, in the above areas may revitalize agriculture and forestry and create new industries or jobs. In addition, we are able to examine composite materials that effectively use various biomass wastes discharged from companies or recycled plastics, by utilizing rich knowledge about plastic materials and composites which has been nurtured in our company.
