We obtained ISO 9001 certification to be a company that can satisfy customers. We started to prepare at the beginning of 2008, and obtained certification after passing the final examination in December of the same year. We later acquired certification under the 2008 version and the 2015 version. We are addressing existing issues, and making an all-out effort for continuous improvement.

We acquired business innovation plan certification from the Governor of Shizuoka Prefecture including an additional plan and revised version.
