Forging section
As a metal processing company, we perform metal stamping mainly on electrical parts for room air conditioners, refrigerators, compressors, motors, electrical parts of plasma TVs and automotive instrument parts. In addition, with many years of accumulated metal processing technology, we handle most of the orders for customers, including home appliance manufacturers, from the design stage.
Mold section
We use all kinds of automatic machines in our press factory except for 200-tons lines, and we have sufficient know-how about molds for automatic machines including stable feeding method and process setting in consideration of quality. In addition, we produce consistently from mold production to mass production. Since our mold factory is located in our press factory, we can manufacture dies for mass production. We have manufactured various dies from home appliance parts to automobile parts so we accept not only processing of parts but also orders for dies alone. By combining highly skilled technicians with modern CAD/ CAM technology, we can provide molds that meet customer needs with unbeatable costs and stable quality.
