Precision sheet metal machining/processing
Good at machining and processing thin metal sheets, we can perform all processes ranging from CAD/CAM, drawing, cutting, bending, welding, and coating in an integrated manner in-house. We can also deal with SS, SUS, aluminum, and various other materials. We also manufacture small parts for use in semiconductor devices, train cars, and other equipment, machine/process assemblies, manufacture cable racks and various frames, and manufacture control panel housings, switch boxes, etc. We can also perform coating according to various specifications such as being used outdoors or indoors, and being salt-resistant.
Designing and manufacturing various control panels and reception and distribution panels
We can perform all processes ranging from designing to assembling, wiring, and testing, as well as after-delivery maintenance of PLCs. Since we manufacture housings on our own, we can achieve short lead times, perform modification, and make cost cuts. For wiring and assembly as well, we have introduced automatic cable machining/processing equipment to increase precision and speed.
Designing and installing electrical instrumentation
We conduct electrical instrumentation works for your production equipment or factories. Upon request, we can manufacture not only cubicles but also handle primary power supply works and other installations in-house.
