[Company strength]
We can perform both simplex grinding and polishing and duplex grinding and polishing of single items. We have processed 6,000 pieces of diameter 12 per lot by simplex grinding and polishing, and 20,000 palm-size pieces a week by duplex grinding and polishing. We process 10,000 pieces of 30-series stainless steel per week and 30,000 pieces of titanium up to diameter 160 and 1.56 in thickness. We finish surfaces to customer-requested roughness.

Our company has been specialized in plane polishing since its establishment, and we are expanding our business of grinding and polishing various parts. We have been cultivating unrivaled know-how and technologies about processing difficult-to-machine materials. We specialize in surface grinding and polishing featuring duplex polishing and rotary polishing. We process items from single articles to tens of thousands of pieces per month by mass production. We calculate dimensions and polish the surfaces of metals, castings, and other metals. Other metals that cannot be secured with magnets include titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, Kovar, and copper.

[Representative's message]
We will expand our business from conventional single surface grinding and polishing to consignment processing including interior or exterior processing and surface treatment. We constantly work hard on mass production at the quality level of test processing, and upgrading processing technology to achieve monthly output of tens of thousands of pieces. We will be a company that you continuously select as your partner company for cooperation in Monozukuri craftsmanship both in Japan and abroad. We plan to do everything we can do now by making use of J-GoodTech.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We promote our company to customers in a wide range of areas using websites and SNSs. We conduct 5S activities (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) within the company. We hold study meetings to improve work standards for new employees, and on knowledge about equipment and grindstones to harmonize individual knowledge and raise the level of the entire company. We are now establishing an in-house information management system through studies about intellectual property, with priority given to the non-disclosure of customer information. Our company has acquired national certification concerning internal work and has established internal rules. We now do business while always considering the establishment of a safe workshop and a foundation for Monozukuri craftsmanship to please customers.
