[Company strength]
We are a small company, but we have proposal and development power based on development tools equivalent to an automobile manufacturer. We make use of flow analysis and rigidity analysis using the latest software to design all processes up to mass production with high quality and in a short term. We can handle all part production processes from planning to concept drawing, product design, trial manufacturing, mold and jig creation, and production. We have a concept drawing studio equipped with two 6-by-4-meter surface plates. We have cultivated reverse engineering experience in the automobile industry, so we can also handle reverse engineering using a noncontact coordinate measuring machine and concept drawing CAD.

Our company mainly manufactures resin parts for automotive uses. We cover all processes from planning, concept drawing, and design and development to mold and jig creation and mass production under an integrated system. The concept drawing process includes idea sketching and CG, clay model creation, hard model creation, 3D scanning, and ornamental design data creation. The design and development process includes product design, analysis, trial manufacturing, experimentation, and evaluation. We provide our products to manufacturers of automobiles, electric machines, and medical and welfare equipment.
