We plan to introduce state-of-the-art equipment every year and aim to be a top-level company in machining technology. Major equipment we recently introduced includes carbon gas laser, wire EDM, NC bending, NC stud welding, vertical machining center, and NC lathing equipment. We have also increased our work space for welding. We excel at stainless steel and aluminum welding by our JIS-licensed engineers. They can handle precision sheet metal welding that requires high-quality performance including reduction in welding strain.

We specialize in precision sheet metal forming. We possess technology and equipment capable of satisfying a wide range of demands from mold production to precision sheet metal forming. We entered the field of precision sheet metal forming by applying the welding techniques that we have been accumulating and refining as our traditional expertise since our foundation in 1967. We can handle molding of complicated shapes using molds that we produce ourselves. We have established our own network for production process control and can handle demands for high-mix low-volume production, quick deliveries, and high quality.

We have undergone various changes and improvements since our foundation as a welding specialist in 1967, and we currently operate mainly in the precision sheet metal forming field. We apply our precision sheet metal forming technology using our state-of-the-art equipment and our traditional expertise in welding technology when we produce sheet metal formed parts. We have refined our system for handling customer demands to satisfy the needs of the new era, including high-mix low-volume production, short deliveries, high quality, and low prices. We intend to actively make use of J-GoodTech to win new customers.

We enjoy an increase in sales every year, and we believe this is because our performance in precision sheet metal forming has gradually gained recognition.
