We mainly engage in cutting, drilling, bending, and welding of various metal products, equipment processing for rolling stock and transportation vehicles, and precision sheet-metal processing for applied electronic devices. We accommodate a wide range of processes, including laser cutting, laser processing, sheet-metal processing, bending, pressing, drilling, lathing, milling, sheet-metal fabrication, welding, and spray coating. Also, materials we can use for processing include SUS/stainless steel, iron/steel, aluminum, acrylic resin, titanium, and brass. Included in the scope of application are machinery parts, rolling stock parts, transportation vehicle parts, ship parts, construction equipment parts, and boxes/ducts.
Overview of main products and technologies
Stainless steel can be used in sheet-metal processing, precision sheet-metal processing, bending, welding, burring processing, shearing, and mold framing. With steel, we apply laser machining using oxygen. With aluminum, we apply laser machining using air. With acrylic resin, we apply laser machining using air. As resin materials are fragile, burrs must be removed thoroughly. We own equipment such as Amada’s laser machining devices, bending machines, burr removers, Yoshida Iron Works’ vertical drilling machines, and DAIHEN’s welding robots.
