The most distinctive feature of LuCeRa's manufacturing process is that it first creates a complete ceramic model in the virtual space of a computer. This task is performed by multiple modeling tools, including CAD and CG. After the 3D model of the product is completed, a plaster mold for molding the porcelain is processed using a computer-controlled machine based on the 3D data. This made it possible to process difficult high-definition images onto porcelain in a short period of time. It is a digital version of the conventional "fretwork carving" using porcelain clay that allows light to pass through.

We manufacture and sell products that combine ceramics with lighting or light. Our manufacturing base is located in Hasami-cho, Higashisonogi-gun, Nagasaki Prefecture, where we carry out integrated manufacturing in-house, from system design of lighting electrical circuits to the final process of firing ceramics.
