What we want you to shed is your preconceptions about food-waste processing machines.

“Do not transport it, do not burn it, and process it onsite” for garbage. Until now, food waste had to be processed with a garbage processor and then eliminated. As garbage is biodegraded into liquid in approximately 24 h, it is unnecessary to eliminate the residue. It is possible to keep adding garbage for as long as there is remaining capacity. Microorganisms dedicated to food waste treatment inhabit at high density the microorganisms support material in the processor tank and are stirred appropriately to improve the efficiency of biodegradation and reduce the device size.  As the process produces little odor, the device can be installed indoors, which had been difficult until now, without equipment for deodorizing or exhaust ducting.  Furthermore, the process does not require high-temperature heat treatment, which greatly reduces the equipment’s power consumption. Self-processing of food waste onsite makes a big contribution to CO2 reduction.  Our product lineup runs from 20-kg models to devices with a capacity of over 1,000 kg, intended for commercial use.

Using a stainless steel case, which is unusual for organic disposal units and has a similar appearance to other kitchen equipment, our designers have achieved beauty and cleanliness that changes preconceptions about organic waste disposal units.  The microbe houses contain “Think Zyme”, a microbe that can effectively biodegrade organic waste. There are four types of microbe house. Depending on the food that is disposed of using the unit, the device combines Biostar, Kuragel, BCN Plus, and Bio Carrier Plastic. The device has significantly higher populations of microbes than common wood chips or rice chaff.  As it allows efficient biodegradation, it reduces organic waste transportation compared to incineration, making it more cost-effective at the same time as reducing CO2 emissions.  Anyone can use it easily and indoor installation is possible, which means work efficiency can be improved by installing it in places such as cleaning rooms for kitchens. As long as daily limits are observed, it is possible to dispose of waste several times a day using the system, and throwing away organic waste using a small bucket reduces workload in the kitchen.  (We also offer the use of machines like forklifts to help with the installation of larger devices.)
