One-company, one-stop support for designing and prototyping, through mass production

We offer production advice, from the idea stage onwards. We conduct our own internal design and development, produce verification models using our own high quality 3D printer, and offer perfect presentation.  We propose the optimal production method after various verifications.  We offer on-site mass production using three types of molding machines (injection molding machines, blow molding machines and vacuum forming machines, 22 machines in total.) The shortest turnaround we can offer is same-day delivery. 

Introducing the latest equipment

[3D carbon printer]
　Until now, 3D printers could create models only for display. However, using carbon provides strength increases, implying that printed objects can be used as components.  Products and jigs that are stronger than mass-produced items can be produced without the need for dies and molds.  We now have three machines available, including our original machine.
[3D scanner type measurement device]
　We have introduced a 3D-scanner-type measurement device by Keyence.  It can instantly produce 2D/3D data by measuring a sample. Based on these data, an improved product can be produced using the 3D printer and that is used as the feedback for the mass-produced item. 
[The latest 80-ton injection molding machine]
　We have introduced the latest 80-ton electric molding machine to improve the quality of our precision molded products. We have also introduced peripheral devices such as triple mixing devices and waterless temperature controllers.
