We have acquired JIS Q 9100 certification, and have a quality control system that meets the requirements of even the aerospace and defense industries. Machining
We have a lineup of equipment that enables us to process a wide variety of workpieces from palm-sized parts to large components of more than 4 meters, and 5-axis machine tools designed for complex shapes. We are equipped with machinery that satisfies various requirements from prototypes to mass-production items.

Many of our machines are equipped with pallet changers, coolant through spindles, and other optional features that maximize machine capacity.

Maximum performance exceeding the original capabilities of the machines leads to great cost-cutting and shorter lead times.
Production engineering
We make use of 3D CAD/CAM as our main tool to design manufacturing processes, design jigs and tools, create NC programs, and so on. We take advantage of our technical experience with jigs and labor-saving machinery used in-house to shorten lead times, and also to improve the quality of machined parts and cut costs.
Assembly
We assemble various kinds of mechatronics equipment and labor-saving units including electronics component assemblers, machine tools, and industrial robot parts. We have an integrated in-house production system that covers everything from machining processing to assembly of unit products.
