Business description

Oumi Co., Ltd. manufactures products such as automotive parts (platform parts) and sheet metal parts for machines to meet customer needs.
We carry out integrated production from press working to laser processing and assembly. We manufacture all the molds and jigs required for production in a short period of time in-house. We are always striving to satisfy our customers.

We also manufacture miscellaneous products such as chairs by industry-academia collaboration, water-free planters "OUMI", and key chains.

Factory Headquarters
Creation of CAD data for molds and processing data of 2D/3D lasers.
And each press working, flat 3D laser processing, projection with resistance welding machine, assembly processing and robot welding machine
Assembly, handwork correction after assembly, inspection.

Second factory
Manufacture and processing of molds, jigs, inspection tools, etc., by the machining center, and assembly work.

Third factory
Processing by 3D laser and various bending by NC bender.
Assembly processing by a robot welding machine as in the factory headquarters.
Quality and accuracy are guaranteed with a 3D measuring machine.

In-house products

■ Industry-academia collaboration
We manufacture chairs by industry-academia collaboration with Sagami Women's University.

■ Planter OUMI not requiring to be watered
The planter is designed to pool water 5 cm from its bottom. After water is poured in once, further watering is hardly necessary due to rain.
The water meter and drainage make it possible to adjust the amount of water easily even during heavy rain.
