[Company strength]
Our company has been operating in the industry for 35 years under a corporate philosophy of solving problems in offices with ICT. We have been accumulating know-how for efficiently operating complex, intertwined hardware, software, and telecommunications systems in offices and providing total solutions as a one-stop shop since our establishment. Our theme for management innovation is to advise customers not to send trouble elsewhere, because one stop is wonderful. 


[Business description]
Our company cherishes both customers and employees, and helps create a society of dreams by consistently supplying reasonably priced, excellent products, technology, and services to solve problems in offices. We offer sales and after-sales services of office environment products, as well as sales of ICT devices and office equipment, fixtures, and related consumables. We provide software contract development and implementation training and operation support. We also install telecommunications equipment such as LAN, telephones, switching, and equipment, as well as maintenance, inspection, repair and consulting and career development support businesses.

[Representative's message]
Our company has addressed many issues in and outside the organization, thinking that where there is a problem, there is a solution. I assume there will be many more obstacles waiting for us, but we will accept challenges without hesitation, believing that a solution is sure to exist. Promoting new products is unexpectedly costly and time-consuming, and it puts a heavy burden on our company. Hearing about J-GoodTech from Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan was eye-opening experience for me. The fact that it does not involve costs for us was like a miracle for our company. We will actively use the service in the hope of meeting good partners and customers in this phase of our business. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Municipalities require a long time before deciding to buy an IP disaster prevention communication system. We will narrow down the list of possible purchasers. It will be critical to establish cooperative relationships with local companies. IP has not been used in Japan, so we will need to establish a track record at an early stage. We will build an agency network at the same time. We will create many cases of direct use for our enterprise resource planning system (Gibbs), then build an agency network. Research on the cloud model is important. We will prioritize help in expanding Fuji Xerox’s sales channels for our Pen Revo electronic pen.
