Our company provides aluminum base plates and adsorption plates of unrivalled precision. We are proud of our adsorption and bonding technologies, which are popular among our customers. We can offer high-accuracy machining even for thin plates with irregular shapes. We can manufacture small machines in medium volumes and large machines up to 1800 by 2200 to satisfy customer needs. We are also capable of trial manufacturing by making the most of the technical power of our proven jig manufacturing technology and programming skills.

Our mainline business is machining. We specialize in manufacturing aluminum precision parts by machining. We have many years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts and precision parts. We apply this experience to make superior proposals to design and development staff regarding quality, and also materials, processing methods, and surface treatment. We constantly improve our technologies to achieve the goal of solving the customer’s problems and issues. We can handle single-piece to medium-volume processing. We look forward to your orders.

Our company has a history of over 60 years. We are mainly improving ourselves in aluminum machining and other fields where high accuracy is expected. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We planned to install more large machines for manufacturing and change the arrangement of our machines to increase production capacity within FY2017. We will promote marketing-oriented sales activities with a focus on proposal-type sales, as well as studying participation in exhibitions. We will also devote ourselves to supporting training young engineers and developing potential needs. We target mutual coexistence and prosperity as well as providing products.
