Our main product is the GARAGE series of hands-free middleware. This is an excellent product that complies with P.1100, P.1110, and P.1140 (the ITU-T in-vehicle hands-free standards), and offers performance at the world’s top level. An advanced software development kit is also available to use our middleware as a front end for in-vehicle devices (hands-free calling, voice recognition, in-car communication, eCall, CarPlay). It can also be used with various other hands-free calling devices and voice recognition modules, including phones, smartphones, interphones, dialogue robots, and interactive smart homes.

Our main business is to develop and sell signal processing middleware for embedded software. Our main operations are licensing and consultation on a standard middleware engine for in-vehicle hands-free calling. We also develop audio signal processing engines and related software on a consignment basis. These products include acoustic echo cancelers, noise suppressors, filters, equalizers, beam formers (microphone arrays), sound source separation, and sample converters.

We are a startup company established by engineers who have worked on the front lines in major companies for over 15 years. We have been involved in various embedded middleware fields such as voice recognition, speech synthesis, audio compression, and hands-free products. We can provide satisfying products and services using technologies at the world’s top level, extensive knowledge, and experience from our past achievements. Our products and services have already been adopted by automobile manufacturers and car navigation manufacturers around the world. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company can introduce our world-class hands-free middleware products and various development tools for car navigation manufacturers and automobile manufacturers operating in Japan, together with reliable support. We set up Far Field Sound GmbH as a subsidiary in Braunschweig, Germany, and started sales activities and technical support for customers in Europe. We plan to open another office in Korea in a few years to expand our sales network even further.
