We can offer these gears regardless of the lot size, from mass production to small-lot production. Our precision parts for optical devices provide hidden support to Japan’s industrial sector. They are used in the mechanism parts of digital cameras and single-lens reflex cameras, auto-control devices, zoom lenses, auto-focus lenses, professional reporter cameras, medical optical devices, microscopes, and measuring tools. Our high-precision industrial device parts are used in hydraulic and pneumatic units, electric tools, semiconductor equipment, LCD panel production systems, and pressure sensors. These products satisfy customers for their ultra-high precision that no other company can match.

We can also design and trial manufacture various gears, racks, and gear boxes during the planning phase.

[Representative's message]
Our company has realized high-precision processing and high-mix low-volume production by manufacturing original, unique production equipment in-house, from general-purpose machines to dedicated machines. Our self-developed SKD150 high-speed dry gear cutter has improved the work environment with dry cutting. It also eliminates the washing process, and improves productivity with high-speed rotation of 15,000 rpm. Other equipment also includes automatic NC lathes (30 units), NC lathes (5 units), machining centers (14 units), automatic gear cutters (19 units), and production racks (3 units). 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company has operation sites in Thailand (plant, sales company), Malaysia, and China (plant, sales company), which allows us to manufacture products using the right people for the right job. Our overseas sales volume now exceeds that of the head office. Our subsidiary in Malaysia can boast of being a representative Japanese subsidiary in the area. It has seized local demand, while strengthening the functions of the head office as a mother plant. We used the profits from our overseas plants for capital investment in our domestic Japanese plants, and successfully enhanced our technological strength. There are distinctive roles for both our overseas plants and domestic plants. The overseas plants mass-produce general-purpose products, while the domestic Japanese plants manufacture advanced parts with high technology.
