For about 60 years, we have been engaging in the manufacture of parts of aerospace devices. Our strong points are high technology and the accumulation thereof. 
We are good at processing not only aluminum and steel, but also difficult-to-machine materials such as Inconel alloys and titanium. We offer high-quality products made of various materials. 
We have various equipment including a cutting-edge 5-axis compound machine tool, coordinate measuring machine, and surface property measuring machine (for outline shapes and surface roughness).

We have been manufacturing aerospace equipment parts for many years. Our strength is in the high-level technologies we have accumulated. We excel at machining aluminum and steel, and also such difficult-to-machine materials as Inconel and titanium. We provide high-quality products made of various materials. Aerospace equipment parts are manufactured in high-mix low-volume production, so we can also manufacture single-piece samples and products.

Our company was established as Atsuta Kigyo Goshi Kaisha on November 16, 1956. We have been a partner company of Nagoya Aircraft Works of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (now Nagoya Aerospace Systems Works) since 1959. Our mainline business is aerospace equipment part machining. We also manufacture jigs and industrial machine parts. We satisfy high-level customer requests by merging the high-level technologies we have built up and cultivated with the IoT and other state-of-the-art equipment.

[Representative's message]
We have been manufacturing aerospace equipment parts for many years. Our strength is in the high-level technologies we have accumulated. We promoted implementation of the IoT in our factory this year and established a monitoring, maintenance, and analysis system by linking several machine tools through our in-house LAN. We will visualize the entire factory and greatly improve our production processes and working ratio. We will focus even more on OCD improvement to realize our basic philosophy of providing products with top priority to quality.

We actively continue to participate in Aero Tech Nagoya, Aero Mart NAGOYA, and various other exhibitions and business matching events. We also enrich our in-house training and promote the acquisition of skill qualifications to strengthen personal abilities. We are raising our corporate production technology and production management ability even by actively using consultants specialized in specific fields.
