[Company strength]
We produce various kinds of parts. We mainly produce special parts for pole line hardware, and various kinds of screws, bolts, and so on in a range from M5 to M16. We also conduct secondary machining such as drilling and bending. We focus on doing business as an outsourcing company of local enterprises, and we manufacture and deliver primarily special-shape products and direct-demand products. In the future we also want to do business as a cooperating company with development capabilities.

We produce various kinds of parts. We mainly produce special parts for pole line hardware, and various kinds of screws, bolts, and so on in a range from M5 to M16.  This includes bolts for power distribution pole line hardware (Tohoku Electric Power Co., Inc. and Tokyo Electric Power Company). We also offer square-root round-head bolts for power distribution work, special bolts for construction, and post-construction anchor bolts.

[Representative's message]
We will apply the characteristics of double header machines to establish a production system capable of satisfying requirements for high-mix low-volume production in a short delivery period at low cost. We will promote this advantage to enterprises intending to return to domestic production in Japan and thus compete with products produced overseas where labor costs are increasing. We want to collect information for cultivating new markets, and also to find cooperating companies that excel in secondary machining in order to manufacture high-value-added products. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We intend to fully make use of our cold forging technologies including double header machines for cold forging, and cooperate with secondary machining companies. This is how we will excel in manufacturing high-mix low-volume products at low cost. We will also take on high-value-added products and thus increase our operational efficiency. We want to develop and manufacture high-precision, advanced products with new shapes, made of new materials such as steel, SUS, aluminum, and titanium. We intend to provide parts for new fields. This includes parts for new building construction methods and new construction methods, such as underground installation, the automobile industry (EVs), and FA.
