[Company strength]
We independently manufacture critical parts for printing machines and coaters. Our in-house parts are popular for their high precision and robustness. We can also reduce the time required until installation because we ship products after assembling them once at our own factory. Our overseas maintenance system based in Thailand is highly evaluated, as is our domestic maintenance system in Japan. Our patented coater features thinner, smoother coating than any other methods in the world that are capable of producing products at high speed under normal pressure. We have installed four test coaters within the company, and we are ready to perform coating tests under the customer’s requested conditions.


[Business description]
Our company manufactures and sells equipment and machinery. Metal printing machines, gravure printing machines, and coaters account for almost one-third of our sales. Our metal printing machines are sheet-fed offset printing machines for printing on metal sheets before they are formed into food, beverage, and candy cans. Our gravure printing machines are for printing on plastic films used to package foods. Our coaters are based on the film transport technology and printing technology we accumulated in gravure printing. Our main products include laminators that coat films with adhesives and laminate them with other films, as well as coaters for lithium ion batteries.

We think our thin-film coating and web handling technologies still have many more potential applications for various uses. We hope to publicize the features of our technologies to many parties through J-GoodTech. We look forward to your consultation.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will develop gravure printing machines to market new products that are sufficiently competitive in overseas markets. We will promote development to improve operator work efficiency for the domestic Japanese market, because labor shortages are becoming significant. Our coater division will make use of our test equipment to solve issues one at a time together with our customers. We think this will lead to market cultivation.
