[Company strength]
We can apply our 48 years of experience to deliver a large quantity of products in a short turnaround time through 24-hour automated operation of CNC automatic lathes. We have skills for general-purpose lathing, so we take on orders for small lots, samples, prototype products, and so on. We also have an extensive network of outsourcing companies for surface treatment and other processing, so we can deliver finished products. We actively respond to individual customer requests for manufacturing.

We offer mechanical parts used in many fields, which we manufacture through combined machining using CNC automatic lathes and CNC lathes. We also make use of general-purpose lathes and vertical milling machines to manufacture parts such as screws for individual customers. We internally developed hubs for single-speed bicycles (fixed-gear bicycles) and have started to put them on the market.

We hope that we will gain benefits by registering with J-GoodTech. This includes developing new products through partnerships with enterprises that possess techniques we do not have, and technical advice on products we are currently developing. We also hope to participate in collaboration or consortium-based projects with other firms and so on.

We have manufactured many components by making use of the machining techniques we have been developing since our foundation, which our customers appreciate. However, we need to cultivate new customers in order to ensure future business continuity. This is why we are actively expanding our technical marketing activities to new component manufacturers.
