We can provide high-frequency silver brazing, TIG welding, and product finishing in addition to machining. Press-fitting and caulking with oil hydraulic or pneumatic press equipment are also available.

Our company operates in Ninomiya-machi, Naka-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture. We mainly provide machining and assembly services including high-frequency brazing, TIG welding, press fitting, and caulking, for electro-magnetic valve parts, in-vehicle parts, and electronic parts. We possess equipment such as a bar processing machine (up to diameter 50), automatic fixed-shaft lathes, and automatic shifting-shaft lathes (Swiss-type), as well as chucking (finishing) machines. We can apply this equipment to handle highly rigid processing, small-diameter or long-length products, and finishing (secondary processing, additional processing). Our combined machining services with NC lathes focusing on stainless steel or brass satisfy our customers with their high precision and quality.
