[Company strength]
Our company has established burr prevention technology and technology for creating burrs that are easy to remove as our original control technologies (predictive management). We have also automated some CNC lathe and MC operations to ensure product supply in 24 or 48 hours. These efforts allow us to manufacture reliable products with consistent quality. Automobile safety parts generally have a higher risk of explosion if they have tiny burrs on the order of 3 microns. Our defect rate is so low that there is less than one in 10 million. Our processing and control technologies are highly valued by our customers.

Our company manufactures highly reliable parts through machining, and realizes short lead times. Our products include automobile safety parts such as air bag inflators, seat belt gas generators, stepping motor shafts, turbo charger parts, and hydraulic valves. We handle medical device parts and semiconductor equipment parts. We also provide machining services for difficult-to-cut materials such as Kovar, beryllium, and Vitallium.

We will pursue environmentally friendly manufacturing through ISO 14000 certification in response to our customers’ green procurement requirements. You can anticipate that our company will continue to pursue endless evolution. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Customers now have many requirements and in some cases it can be difficult to respond when cultivating new markets, but our sales ratio from the automobile industry is too large. We want to mitigate this risk by increasing the ratio of business with other industries. We are opening a joint R&D center with our parent company for product development (new products and our own brand).
