[Company strength]
We manufacture engines, radiators, and automotive small motors in our dedicated machine business. This is done by performing all processes in-house from molding to assembly and inspection, including high-mix production. We optimally integrate these systems to give shape to customer needs. We produce molds in our mold business for automotive part manufacturers to manufacture resin parts for air conditioners and radiators. We are producing results with CAE analysis to halve the production period and other joint development efforts with our customers. We manufacture high-precision parts on order in our part business. Our customers include a semiconductor manufacturer, a major measuring equipment manufacturer, and an aircraft assembly company.

[Business description]
Our company has three main lines of business. We design and manufacture automated dedicated production line equipment as various production systems for major part manufacturers. We design and manufacture presses and resin injection molds. We also machine precision parts in a thermostatic chamber. We have technical power high enough to handle everything from design using 3D simulation to development and manufacturing. We apply our technical power and products to support the high productivity of the automobile and automotive part industries centralized in the Chubu region. We are also actively expanding our overseas sales channels, mainly in Asia and North America. Our goal is to globalize our business. We now supply more than half of our products overseas.

Our company established 100% overseas subsidiaries in Tianjin, China, and Lexington, USA in 2003 and in Indonesia in 2015. We are receiving an increasing number of orders from Japanese manufacturers. Mold manufacturers are now competing with each other by pricing only. We will acquire numeric quality data by applying our IoT-based technology to check mold temperature, pressure, and filling speed. We use this data to handle deformation and optimize 3D cooling in advance to provide customers with benefits from perspectives other than pricing, such as short turnarounds. We do 3D machining and difficult-to-machine material processing in a thermostatic chamber for quality assurance. We hope to expand our part business to aircraft parts through J-GoodTech.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are already doing business regarding molds using local currencies in North America and China through our subsidiaries. We have a system for exports and imports without any problems. We will expand our sales channels in Japan and abroad by making use of our mold technology cultivated in Japan, which is advantageous for our customers. We also have a quality assurance system with JIS Q 9100 certification to handle orders related to aircraft parts. We are ready to make the most of the high-quality environment in a thermostatic chamber to receive orders and manufacture engine parts and other products from generally difficult-to-machine materials.
