[Company strength]
Our company internally handles machining and welding of parts used in vacuum units, development equipment, production equipment, and various jig and tools, which helps us satisfy customer needs for quick deliveries. We can also deal with titanium, Inconel, molybdenum, nickel, and other metals in addition to stainless steel and aluminum. We can even process resin in various ways. Inspection and testing are carried out reliably and accurately with a full lineup of 3D measurement and leak detection equipment. This is a result of our efforts in quality control for these precision products.

Our company started in 1954. We operate as a metal part manufacturer, and receive prototype parts orders mainly from R&D sections of companies and universities. This specialty in R&D means that our orders are mostly for high-mix low-volume production where only one to two pieces are needed per drawing. We excel at this kind of production. We can handle a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, iron, Inconel, and titanium. We conduct various manufacturing processes from machining to welding in-house, so we can support customer requests for quick delivery.

[Representative's message]
The quick delivery, delivery management, and service system that we offer have become our strong points in the field of high-mix low-production for R&D. We have been extensively focusing on employee training to realize these qualities. We will make use of J-GoodTech to actively show that our company has advanced technologies, experience (know-how), and extensive human resources that will help the staff of customer R&D departments. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We hope to cultivate sales channels through PR activities mainly at exhibitions that we will participate in. These include the Moriguchi Kadoma Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business Opportunity Exploration Fair (we participated in 2014 and 2015 consecutively). We also participate in the National Federation of Small Business Associations event Japan SMEs Tech & Services.
