[Company strength]
Our company excels at plasticizing steel materials by cutting, chamfering, drawing, molding, and bending. We also excel at press working and electro-galvanizing materials with fully automatic barrel and trivalent chromate treatment. Our processing includes CO2, TIG, spot and projection welding and cutting, extrusion and injection resin molding, and solvent-based and powder coating. We can coat materials up to 13 meters long, 2 meters high, and 2.6 meters wide. We make use of 3D CAD and structural analysis tools quickly design good products with higher quality and lower cost.


[Business description]
Our company possesses unique plasticizing technologies for drawing, molding, bending, cutting, and deburring. We manufacture metal conduit accessories principally by plasticizing, and synthetic resin flexible conduits mainly by extrusion molding. We also manufacture LED illumination for stores and houses, solar LED street lamp poles, housing complex utility poles, and security camera poles. We plan and design electrical piping material products from the perspectives of both comfort and energy conservation. Our business includes surface treatment, such as electro-galvanizing using environmentally friendly trivalent chromate treatment, plating with great corrosion resistance, solvent plating, and powder plating. Our company has an integrated production system including assembly and packaging, quality assurance, and shipping.

Our company will establish collaborations with customers and external suppliers and grow together with them through corporate Monozukuri craftsmanship activities.

We will continue to strengthen our domestic Japanese and overseas markets. We will contribute to overseas infrastructure construction in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries particularly by providing lighting and electricity conduit materials. We will also strengthen partner recruitment to consign machining as sales increase, including metalworking, electro-galvanizing, plating, and assembly and packaging.
