Our company applies unique advanced technologies to develop, manufacture, and sell mostly auto parts such as engine parts, brake parts, hydraulic components, and shafts with consistent quality. We particularly excel at manufacturing round products, in which cylindrical materials are shaved and then ground with induction heat treatment. Surface treatment is outsourced, but we can arrange various treatment types including zinc plating, hardened chrome plating, Kanigen plating, Dacrotized plating, or Tufftride. The outer-diameter finished roughness is around 0.4 Z. Our high-mix low-volume production is suitable for producing 200 to 1,000 pieces per month.

Our operation covers material procurement, machine processing, heat treatment, and grinding. We supply products such as engine parts, brake parts, hydraulic components, and shafts to Hino Motors and other automobile manufacturers.

Our company has an integrated production line for managing all production phases from material procurement to finished products. This has been created and perfected with constant improvement in quality, delivery, and cost through our auto part production. This line enables us to satisfy various needs whether for small-lot or large-lot production. We want to continue to reinforce Japan’s Monozukuri craftsmanship system, and offer innovative technologies and manufacturing methods to our customers.

Reinforcing Japan’s Monozukuri craftsmanship system is our current initiative. We will make use of our comprehensive manufacturing technologies and techniques such as material procurement, machining, heat treatment, and grinding as well as our quick, low-cost high-mix low-volume production system. This will drive our expansion including partnerships with foreign companies and market cultivation efforts in other countries.
