[Company strength]
We have perfected our core deep drawing techniques, and established press working technology for 3D shapes by making use of CAD/CAM. Another strength of our company is our integrated production system for difficult materials (titanium, magnesium, and so on). We can use this system to manage all phases including processing technology, design and manufacturing, and product processing. Our production system is globalized, and we can conduct integrated mass production at our Vietnam plant, using our Japan plant as a mother factory. 


[Business description]
Our company manufactures various automotive lighting parts in Japan and Vietnam. We make use of our precision press die design and production capabilities, and heat-proof coating and surface treatment technologies. We are currently focused on cultivating markets in Thailand as well as on business expansion throughout Southeast Asia. Our products include press parts for automotive lighting, such as headlamp shades, tail lamp LED substrates, sockets, and terminals.

Our company has been operating in the automobile industry as a metal product manufacturer. We have created various metal products through our core deep drawing technology, and we have production equipment for dies and so on that support our operations. We have used our equipment and CAD/CAM to develop 3D-shaped press products. We want to make use of J-GoodTech to cultivate both domestic Japanese and overseas markets from our HQ plant and Vietnam plant.

We develop unique technology that cannot be imitated by the competition, including overseas manufacturers. We create a corporate culture that values human resource development and makes everyone enthusiastic about their work. We promote quality control and cost consciousness based on a fact-based on-site approach. This is our management philosophy. We have followed this philosophy in shifting production sites and sourcing to Southeast Asia with a focus on China to respond to the trend of globalization. We have established a framework that allows us to further minimize costs. We will cultivate new markets in Japan and overseas using our domestic Japanese plant as a mother plant.
