[Company strength]
We have received many orders for design work and construction work from overseas customers, as well as Japanese-affiliated enterprises. We are highly evaluated in Vietnam, and specifically in Ho Chi Minh City. We have advantages in achieving good cost performance, including electrical as well as water supply and drainage construction costs. This is done by making effective use of local subcontractors.

We have established an overall support system for enterprises that are expanding their business in Vietnam. We can cover work from site selection to design proposals and construction. We handle a wide range of installation business from building large factories to internal repairs and remodeling of shops, restaurants, and so on in commercial establishments. Our local affiliate can make integrated in-house design proposals including structure calculation, design work, and landscaping.

[Representative's message]
The construction industry will certainly fall into a severe market situation after the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. We think this makes it necessary to consider quick overseas expansion, while making the best use of local engineers we have trained in Japan. We think we can provide a fine level of support by taking advantage of the small size of our company. We will form partnerships with companies that actually have construction experience in the area instead of starting from zero. We hope to make the best use of J-GoodTech in order to propose inexpensive, high-quality products from the customer’s point of view.

We will work to enhance the capability of Vietnamese engineers in construction management in Vietnam. We hope to strengthen our order reception in niche construction projects (small-scale projects that can only be handled by local companies in the area). This is how we can create a system that can support the expansion of Japanese-affiliated enterprises.
