We have established an environment and technology for stable processing under strict dimensional control in our temperature-controlled plant. We apply this system to manufacture spindles, which are our main products in the field of machine tools. We also handle casings and covers for stainless steel castings, which are our main products in the field of industrial pumps. We have manufactured many customized mechanical parts with sizes ranging from small diameters to 400 mm. We have satisfied many demands for short turnaround times by introducing multifunctional devices.

Our company manufactures various kinds of parts, pump casings, and covers for machine tool manufacturers and industrial pump manufacturers. We determine the processing methods based on drawings provided by the customer. We have an integrated system in which we select optimal equipment, prepare materials, perform heat treatment, create programs, and perform processing, surface treatment and inspection, then deliver the products.

Our company excels at precision processing using NC lathes, machining centers, and multifunctional devices. We also have technicians who can use general-purpose machines to achieve results equivalent to those obtained with NC lathes.
