[Company strength]
We apply our many years of experience and technology to provide welding, polishing, electropolishing, and canning services with a focus on stainless steel products. We excel in buff polishing and electropolishing of large products. These technologies have enabled us to become proficient at manufacturing equipment for biotechnology and pharmaceutical uses. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel is often used for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical production because of its sanitary advantages. 


[Business description]
We have technological strengths in canning, polishing, electropolishing, high-precision ultrasonic cleaning, laser machining of various metals, and sanitary pipe design, manufacturing and installation. We apply these strengths to offer a wide range of manufacturing services. These include manufacturing tanks and other units for medical and pharmaceutical uses, as well as tanks and pipes for beverage-related businesses. We polish equipment and pipes for resin manufacturing equipment, and manufacture semiconductor equipment.

[Representative's message]
Our company has been improving its techniques in stainless steel production to make the most of its properties since our establishment. We have introduced a wide range of machines, jigs, and tools both large and small to satisfy customer needs. We have also expanded the scope of business to include canning and machining in order to manufacture better products. We can create complete documentation and manufacturing logs, which are required for medical and pharmaceutical equipment production. We want to use our technologies to try out a broader range of fields. 


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are a Monozukuri craftsmanship enterprise based in Ota Ward, Tokyo. We have established a production system using three plants (two in Keihinjima, and one in Shirakawa) for consignment development and manufacturing of equipment and machinery for medical and pharmaceutical uses. We try to cultivate markets in new fields by actively introducing our stainless steel processing technology at exhibitions, and by capturing needs of potential customers.
