[Company strength]
Our metal processing business possesses about 100 machines including mold equipment. We have 31 nationally licensed technicians, and can handle quick deliveries with our precision sheet metal forming technology and plant with 24-hour operation. Our business also takes on orders for production of single prototypes or single developed parts, as well as small-lot mass production of parts. We always keep state-of-the-art equipment available. Currently we automate planing machines as well as molding with robots. This arrangement allows us to carry out difficult processing, such as products developed by advanced engineers, and realize cost reduction of small-lot mass-produced parts using automated machines. This is how we can handle demands in various fields including aircraft, industrial equipment, medical equipment, and home electronics appliances.


[Business description]
We are a company composed of four businesses: system equipment, electronic equipment, service, and metal processing. We develop our own hotel system equipment in our system equipment business and commercialize OEM products based on their design. Our electronic equipment business covers mounting, assembly, prototype production, and mass production of printed boards. The highly skilled engineers in our service business act as a repair shop for other manufacturers, and support a wide range of industries including aircraft, automobiles, and home electronics appliances. Our metal processing business handles various kinds of precision sheet metal forming. This includes production of single prototypes and small-lot mass production. We satisfy needs in various fields with our advanced equipment and nationally licensed technicians.

[Representative's message]
Manufacturers produce prototypes based on molds at their overseas sites in the current market environment for prototype production and development, including similar developed products. Manufacturers produce prototypes and newly developed products less and less in Japan because of development budget reductions and other factors. However, Japanese companies produce prototypes for newly developed parts, and we follow their example. Quick deliveries and technology that gives shape to the intentions of developers are constant demands. We have been improving our know-how while satisfying these demands. We hope to make use of J-GoodTech to promote our technology that can satisfy needs in various fields.


[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We actively participate in exhibitions and negotiation meetings and explore new sales channels. We will continue to do this, but we also intend to make use of J-GoodTech to increase new markets in new fields. We have a dedicated organization that handles participation in exhibitions and negotiation meetings as well as exploring new markets. We intend to promote these activities in the future.
